Just a few words, for your shipping department. Yesterday I finally received my order placed on May 23. That means it took sixteen days to arrive here in my Canadian mail. even though your location in Northern Washington is right next door to the Canadian Border. I notice when tracking the package it goes from Washington, a long way south, to California, from there it is sent up to Vancouver B.C. and then carries on in the Canada postal system . This certainly does not make sense. I do have another order on it’s way and I believe it is following the same inefficient route.
Is there not a more efficient route?
All international packages travel to California first. It does takes more time to do that. We have no control on what USPS does.
